Who is supervised training for?
Supervised access training is for anyone looking to get in shape and maximize their results in a light supervision model.
Conditions:
- • Pass the autonomous training aptitude assessment according to the Momentum Performance model
- • Respect the center's practice procedures and follow the Momentum Performance program
- • Commit for a period of 3 months (via a renewable 3-month contract)
